Lexnus is not a CLM. It is legal policy infrastructure — the enforcement layer that sits underneath contracts.

Lexnus reads them, extracts your implicit legal standards (liability caps, governing law preferences, required clauses), and builds your first playbook automatically. You review, approve, and publish — in under an hour.
- **Inbound contract analysis**: Upload any counterparty contract. Lexnus evaluates it against your playbook in real time — violations flagged, gaps identified, compliance scored.
- **Outbound contract assembly**: Business users describe the deal in plain language. Lexnus assembles a compliant DOCX from approved clauses only. Nothing leaves without compliance.
- **AI-generated contract governance**: Contracts created through Claude or other AI tools are checked against your policy before they go anywhere.
- **Clause library**: Every clause in every contract comes from a governed library — reviewed, approved, and published by legal. No unapproved language gets through.

The enforcement model is deterministic, not probabilistic. AI reads and interprets contract text. The playbook judges it. A clause either passes or fails a rule — there is no score or suggestion. This is why Lexnus is infrastructure, not a tool.
